- James Edwin Bartleson, 60, of 311 Fauquier St. Died Saturday [23 December] in McGuire’s Veterans Hospital, Richmond. - Mr. Bartleson, a carpenter, is a veteran of World War II. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Leonard F. Pierson of Fredericksburg and Mrs. Haddox W. Sothoron of Marriottesville, Md. and several nieces and nephews. - A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Shady Grove Church Cemetery, Spotsylvania Co.. The Rev.
